Defined a strategy, created a design system, led a platform redesign and migration, restructured the org and process, and shifted the culture to support user-centered, data-informed design

Defined the information architecture and content guidelines
Worked with product designers to build a design system
Led a platform migration, including high-level strategy and detailed content restructuring, revising, and quality assurance
OUTCOMES
Engagement: Overall site sessions increased to an all-time high, and organic search traffic surpassed paid traffic for the first time
Efficiency: Over two years of work and relationship-building, broke down silos, unified 20+ teams, and shortened the timeline for content production by 60%
